How this stuff all works

How I work and how you can expect your project to happen.

Getting a head start.

Reach out with information about your project. I work on a select handful of projects at a time, in order to give each one its due attention.
Basic discovery.

We'll have a phone or video call to officially kick off and to go in depth about your requirements and goals for the project.
Proposing scope and budget.

You'll get a quote or proposal that outlines the cost and terms of your project. Once you've accepted the proposal, a small deposit will be charged to secure the project time.

In the interest of your time and mine, I ask that clients ensure they also make the project a top priority during this time. I'm here to actively collaborate with you as a team for a successful project.
Project commencement.

Timeline and scope will be reconfirmed. Communication and collaboration channels will be set up, along with any accounts and logins, and the work phase will start.
Review and Feedback.

For each milestone specified in the scope, we'll meet and have a short walkthrough of the design or other deliverable, alongside appropriate revisions.
Launch.

After all milestones are completed, we'll prepare to deploy and go live.
Post-production services.

The website isn't done just because it's on the internet. I provide a 30-day warranty to correct any bugs after launch, as well as post-launch maintenance options.
